Exhibit Halls

ENTIRE HALL: 13,030 sq. feet – 102′ 5″ x 127′ 4″

SOUTH HALL: 2/3 of ENTIRE HALL: 7,859 sq. feet – 102′ 5″ x 76′ 9″

NORTH HALL: 1/3 of ENTIRE HALL – 5,181 sq feet – 102′ 5″ x 50′ 7″

Conference Rooms

6 conference rooms, located in groups of 3 on north and south sides of the lobby, are available.

Damage Deposits

Food Fees

ENTIRE HALL: $300.00 (includes use kitchen)

SOUTH HALL: $200.00 (Includes use of a concession stand for food preparation)

NORTH HALL: $100.00 (Includes use of a concession stand for food preparation)

CONFERENCE ROOMS – $100 for up to 3 contiguous conference rooms (Includes use of a concession stand)

Kitchen and concession stand reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

RV CAMPING $40 / night for 30 amp in the front parking lot. $45 / night for 50 amp in the front parking lot. $50 / night for sites located behind the Civic Center, which includes sewer, 35 amp, & 50 amp.

Extra chairs (above number included with specific area rented) $.50 each

Band or heavy AVL electrical hook-up $100 per night.

House P.A. (with up to 2 mics) $50 – system not available for use by DJ or bands and is intended primarily for speaking presentations.

Microphones or Direct Boxes $20 Each

Stage Lighting $25 (per 4 lights)

Spot Lights $50 each (2 available)

Main Hall Projector $75 each – per 8 hours (2 available with 20′ wide screens)

Podiums $10 Each

VCR/DVD/CD Players $25
