Positive Attitude Produces Results: "Attitude determines altitude." There is currently a very positive attitude in Paris. We are seeing increased confidence in our community. Expansions in manufacturing and the State petroleum sector are creating higher employment which influences the accompanying multiplier effect on our economy. The result is more commercial growth and increased retail sales.
